You may also use the App as an anonymous guest without creating an account. Anonymous accounts may be subject to data loss if the app is uninstalled. We recommend upgrading to a full account for data persistence.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Premium subscriptions are available in three tiers:
All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before the current period ends, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancelling during the trial period prevents any charge.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App, including anime/manga list entries, ratings, reviews, and notes. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this content as part of the service.

Anime and manga information, images, synopses, and metadata are sourced from third-party databases including AniList and MyAnimeList. We do not claim ownership of this content and use it under fair use principles for informational and discovery purposes.
AniQ's brand name, logo, trademarks, app design, and source code are the exclusive property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our express written permission.
The data import feature allows you to transfer your anime and manga lists from AniList or MyAnimeList to AniQ. You must provide valid authentication tokens for these services. We only access your data when you explicitly initiate an import, and we do not store your third-party credentials beyond what is necessary to complete the import.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party content displayed in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AniQ and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or use, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings, which will remove your personal data and list entries after a 30-day grace period.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the App and delete your account.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AniQ operates.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which AniQ operates.
